Return and Refund Policy

1. If the product reaches you in a damaged condition, you may reach out to Chaypan Aroma via email or call. We may ask you to share a picture of the product for verification. In such a case, a full refund will be credited to the customer in the same mode of payment.
    
2. After placing an order on the Chaypan Aroma website, you will receive a message within 24 hours confirming the estimated delivery time. This is usually between 5 to 7 days anywhere in India. In case of exceptional circumstances causing delays, the customer will be informed. If the product does not reach you within 10 days, a full refund will be issued.
    
3. If the product has been opened, it will not be eligible for return.
    
4. The return logistics cost will be borne by Chaypan Aroma.
    
5. In an exceptional case, if the product for any reason is not up to the mark in terms of quality (as compared to our usual standards), please reach out to Chaypan Aroma via email or call. We will review the case and, if found valid, issue a full refund to the customer.

            6.     Refund Approval Time: Within 24-48 hours of receiving and verifying your refund request. 

            7.     Refund Processing Time:

                                          UPI/Wallet payments: 1–3 business days
                                         Credit/Debit Card payments: 5–7 business days.

                                          Bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS): 3–5 business days.

                                                                                 Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation message or email. 

Note: Refunds are credited via the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase. In case of any delays from the bank or payment gateway side, we will assist you in tracking the transaction.
